SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to UK only. If you are outside UK please contact me and I will get the exact postage cost. The customer is responsible of the VAT and custom duty charges. We currently send our ordered by 2nd class signed for with Royal Mail.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns on faulty items only, provided you contact us within 24hrs of receipt. The items should be in an unworn or unused condition. We will send a replacement once the returned item is received. Recorded delivery is recommended for your protection. Postage charges, VAT and custom duty charges will not be refunded. Please email us your name, the order and the reason for returning the item before sending it back. Items returned without a pre-authorisation will not be processed but will be sent back to sender. Personalised items, custom or made to orders can not be exchanged unless they are faulty.
